A human transmutation is any attempt at constructing or altering a human body with alchemy.

Water, Carbon, Ammonia, Lime, Phosphorous, Salt, Saltpeter, Sulfur, Fluorine, Iron, Silicon and fifteen other trace elements.

These are the ingredients for one adult female. They were almost too easy to obtain.
